Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will manage keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical improvements to enhance organic search visibility for both TechCirkle and our diverse portfolio of clients.

You will collaborate closely with our in-house content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are seamlessly integrated into websites, apps, and digital campaigns.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical, content, and structural improvements.
• Perform deep keyword research and develop targeted, high-impact SEO strategies.
• Execute on-page optimization (meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structure).
• Implement ethical, white-hat link-building strategies to grow high-quality backlinks.
• Monitor search engine algorithm updates and proactively recommend optimization opportunities.
• Analyze web traffic data using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other industry tools.
• Prepare clear performance and ranking reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Core SEO Expertise: Proven experience in Keyword Research, On-Page SEO, and Link Building.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and technical SEO concepts (site speed, mobile responsiveness, indexing, sitemaps, and structured data).
• Tool Mastery: Proficiency in web analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console) and SEO platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional tech and creative teams.
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail.
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Prior experience in a tech, SaaS, or digital agency environment is a distinct advantage.
