What would my role be?
Reporting to the Vice-President, Strategy, Quality & Performance, this role is responsible to provide strategic leadership in advancing Bruyère Health’s organizational priorities through integrated planning, performance management, and enterprise-wide improvement initiatives.
Specifically, this role leads to the development and execution of annual strategic and operational planning processes, ensuring alignment between organizational goals, priorities, initiatives, and measurable outcomes. This role champions the advancement of strategy management practices, strengthens organizational performance frameworks, and supports the successful implementation of key strategic initiatives across Bruyère Health.
This role is also responsible for leading the process improvement function within the organization and providing leadership for the Project Management Office (PMO), establishing effective governance structures, promoting process improvement and project management excellence, and enabling the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. Serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders, Board members, teams across Bruyère Health, and key stakeholders, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
