Headquartered in Ottawa and with locations in Cornwall and Pembroke, Carefor is Eastern Ontario's largest charitable home and community support services organization, dedicated to enriching lives by providing holistic care and support that gives people choice in how they live. Through a broad continuum of services, Carefor supports seniors, adults living with disabilities, caregivers, and individuals with complex health needs across Eastern Ontario, helping people maintain independence, dignity, and connection to their communities. A highly complex and dynamic organization, Carefor provides services to 20,000 clients annually, has a staff of approximately 1200, and an annual budget around $75 million.

Location
The successful candidate must be based within Carefor's service region, including Ottawa, Pembroke, Cornwall, or the surrounding area. Regular travel throughout Eastern Ontario and a significant in-person presence in Ottawa are essential requirements of the role.
