About the Role

In accordance with the established vision, values, and strategic direction of Northern Health, the Registered Nurse practices within the standards of professional nursing practice and the Code of Ethics as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).

As an RN, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Deliver resident and family-centered care in a variety of clinical settings.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.
  • Assist patients and families in responding to changing healthcare needs.
  • Apply specialized nursing knowledge grounded in nursing science and related health disciplines.
  • Advocate for safe, high-quality, compassionate care while promoting dignity and respect for every patient.

Shift Rotation / Hours of Work

Rotating Days, Evenings, and Nights

  • 07:00 to 19:00/19:00 to 07:00

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Graduation from an approved School of Nursing.
  • Current practicing registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as a Registered Nurse.
